A Jean-Paul Gaultier runway piece transformed. The original Teddy Kelly debuted Fall 2007;Barenia leather with Mouton shearling sides forming an open muff silhouette. Cozy, impractical, collectible. This example has been expertly modified: the sides closed to convert the muff into a functional clutch. The cream shearling now peeks from sealed seams rather than gaping open. A singular piece;the only Teddy Kelly Clutch in existence.
Barenia leather with contrast white stitching. Hermès's heritage smooth leather develops patina with age; the warm cognac tone deepens and marks become character. Palladium hardware cools the warm palette. Shearling interior visible at the edges adds texture and softness to the structured Kelly clutch format.
