We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the unique nature of our luxury items and the personalized craftsmanship involved, we have a carefully considered return policy.
Please note the following items are considered final sale:
- Pristine/Store Fresh Condition Items: These items are sold in immaculate, like-new condition and are not eligible for return or refund.
- Customized Products: This includes all hand-painted bags and bespoke (custom-made) orders, which are created specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded.
Considering a Return
For all other items, we understand that a return may occasionally be necessary. In accordance with our Terms & Conditions, we may consider accepting a return under the following circumstances:
- Timely Request: We must receive your return request within 24 hours of when you received your item.
- Security Tag Intact: The security tag must remain attached and undisturbed. If the tag is removed or shows any signs of tampering, the item will not be eligible for return.
- Original Condition: The item must be returned in exactly the same condition as it was sold, with no signs of use, wear, or alteration.
- Complete Return: All original accessories, documentation, packaging, and proof of purchase must be included.
Important Information
All return requests are subject to inspection and approval by our team. We reserve the right to deny any return if the item shows evidence of use or does not meet the conditions above.
Should a return be approved, a standard 5% restocking fee will apply.
