JaneFinds, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “JaneFinds”) owns the website “janefinds.com” (“Site”). This Privacy Policy describes the types of personal information we may collect, how we may use the information, with whom we may share it, and the choices you can make about our collection, use and disclosure of the information. We also describe the measures we take to protect the security of the information and how you can contact us about our privacy practices. Information We Collect
In general, you can visit janefinds.com without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. However, if you request information from us or disclose information in any way to us, we will retain the information that you provide. To take advantage of some of our services, you are required to register and create an account on our Site. When you open an individual account on our Site, we ask you to provide personal information such as your name, address, phone number, email address, shipping address and other contact information. When you open a merchant account on our Site, you will also be required to provide information about your company and to enter into a Merchant Agreement. All JaneFinds account holders are required to create a user password that, combined with your login email address, allows access to your account. This data is used to identify you as a JaneFinds registered user.

To purchase any items, we will ask you to register and provide your credit card payment details and shipping address among other personal information. Once your order is confirmed, you irrevocably authorize charging your credit card for the purchase. We also collect information from Site visitors who have not purchased items and have not identified themselves personally. Information that is collected in aggregate form includes browser type (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari), operating system (e.g. Windows, Macintosh), IP address and internet domain (e.g. AOL).

We may obtain personal information about you from various sources, including this Site, mobile applications, when you call or email us or communicate with us through social media, or when you participate in events or other promotions. We also may obtain information about you from our affiliate companies, business partners and other third parties.

The types of personal information we may obtain include:

How We Protect Personal Information

Please note that we will never ask for your JaneFinds account user name or password via email.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
