JaneFinds, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “JaneFinds”) owns the website “” (“Site”). Information We Collect
In general, you can visit without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. However, if you request information from us or disclose information in any way to us, we will retain the information that you provide. To take advantage of some of our services, you are required to register and create an account on our Site. When you open an individual account on our Site, we ask you to provide personal information such as your name, address, phone number, email address, shipping address and other contact information. When you open a merchant account on our Site, you will also be required to provide information about your company and to enter into a Merchant Agreement. All JaneFinds account holders are required to create a user password that, combined with your login email address, allows access to your account. This data is used to identify you as a JaneFinds registered user.

To purchase any items, we will ask you to register and provide your credit card payment details and shipping address among other personal information. Once your order is confirmed, you irrevocably authorize charging your credit card for the purchase. We also collect information from Site visitors who have not purchased items and have not identified themselves personally. Information that is collected in aggregate form includes browser type (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari), operating system (e.g. Windows, Macintosh), IP address and internet domain (e.g. AOL).

We may obtain personal information about you from various sources, including this Site, mobile applications, when you call or email us or communicate with us through social media, or when you participate in events or other promotions. We also may obtain information about you from our affiliate companies, business partners and other third parties.

The types of personal information we may obtain include:

Your contact information (such as name, Twitter handle, postal and email address, or phone number)

Username and password for the account you may establish on our Site

We do not sell or otherwise disclose personal information about you, except as described in this Privacy Policy.

We may share the personal information we collect with our parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, business partners, ad network vendors and their participants, and other third parties for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to communicate with you about products and services, offers, events and promotions that we believe may be of interest to you. We also may share personal information with our service providers who perform services on our behalf. These service providers are not authorized by us to use or disclose the information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements.

When you access our Site to enter into a purchase transaction with another person or entity on our Site, we provide your data to that other party in order to facilitate the transaction or the correspondence you have requested. These third parties who will have access to your data include (without limitation) merchants selling items on our Site, shipping companies selected by you and the merchant and payment processors completing the transaction. Online Advertising
On our Site, we may collect information about your online activities to provide advertising about products and services tailored to your individual interests. You may see certain ads on this and other sites because we participate in advertising networks. Ad networks may include third-party ad servers, ad agencies, ad technology vendors and research firms. The networks use this information to show you advertisements for the Site and our business partners that are tailored to your individual interests. The data collected by us in the United States may be subject to privacy laws that are less stringent than those in other countries. You can elect not to receive emails from us either by “unsubscribing” to an email you receive or by contacting us. Any changes will affect only future uses of your information. In addition, you are free to decline any “cookies” from our Site if your browser permits you to do so. We do not respond to Do Not Track signals.

This Privacy Policy identifies the type of personally identifiable information that we collect, how we use such information, how we may share this information with other parties and how we protect such information. In addition, users of our Site may “opt out” of receiving information and offers by email and decline “cookies” as more fully described in the “Opt Out” section. How We Protect Personal Information
We use reasonable physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to help us protect the security, integrity and confidentiality of data stored on our system. To further protect yourself, you should safeguard your JaneFinds account user name and password and not share that information with anyone. You should also sign off your account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit to our sites. Please note that we will never ask for your JaneFinds account user name or password via email.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

Our websites may contain links to other sites for your convenience and information. These sites may be operated by companies not affiliated with JaneFinds. Linked sites may have their own privacy notices, which you should review if you visit those websites. We are not responsible for the content of any websites not affiliated with JaneFinds, any use of those sites, or those sites’ privacy practices.

Access and Correction
You may obtain a copy of certain personal information we maintain about you or update or correct inaccuracies in that information using the online account you may establish on our websites. In addition, if you believe other personal information we maintain about you is inaccurate, you may request that we correct or amend the information by contacting us as indicated in the “How to Contact Us” section of this Privacy Notice.
