By accessing or using the JaneFinds website ("Site"), you unconditionally accept and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. Please review these terms carefully; they govern your use of our authenticated luxury handbag and accessories platform.

This agreement binds you, your agents, and any parties acting on your behalf. Continued use of the Site constitutes your assent to any revisions we make. We reserve the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use following any change constitutes agreement to the revised Terms, which will be posted on the Site or communicated by email.

The Company

The Site is operated by JaneFinds, a Florida-based business headquartered in Miami, Florida.

Authenticity

Every piece is authenticated in-house and accompanied by a JaneFinds Certificate of Authenticity. Authentication and condition grading follow the JaneFinds Condition Guide.

Returns

Purchases are subject to our Return Policy, incorporated by reference. Pieces graded 1 – Pristine (Store Fresh) and all custom or hand-painted pieces are final sale.

Shipping

• Domestic: FedEx Direct Signature or UPS Overnight Signature; no additional fee unless noted.
• International: FedEx International Priority or DHL; duties and taxes may apply at destination.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes or certain U.S. territories.
• Orders ship within two business days after inventory and payment confirmation. Contact us for expedited service.

Billing & Payment

• Billing information must match the payment card exactly. Mismatches may result in automatic cancellation.
• Credit-card orders are capped at $50,000. Orders above $50,000 are paid by wire transfer.

Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

Fees & Severability

These Terms and our Privacy Policy represent the full agreement between you and JaneFinds. If any clause is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid. In any dispute relating to these Terms, the prevailing party is entitled to recover attorneys' fees, court costs, and related legal expenses, including on appeal.

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
