Shipping Policy

• Domestic: FedEx Direct Signature or UPS Overnight Signature, no extra fee unless noted.
• International: FedEx International Priority or DHL Select. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or certain U.S. Territories.

Payment and Shipping Policies

• Matching Billing Information: Must match the card exactly. Mismatches will result in automatic cancellation.
• Shipping Timeline: Orders ship within two business days after inventory confirmation. Contact us for expedited service.
• Payment Limits: Credit-card orders are capped at $25,000. Orders above must be paid via wire transfer.
• Shipping Address: We only ship to the billing address on file. Address changes are not allowed once the order has shipped.
