Fee-Shifting ClauseIn any dispute relating to these Terms, the prevailing party is entitled to recover attorneys' fees, court costs, and related legal expenses, including on appeal.
Payment and Shipping Policies
Domestic ShippingFedEx Direct Signature or UPS Overnight Signature, no extra fee unless noted.
International ShippingFedEx International Priority or DHL Select. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or certain U.S. Territories.
Matching Billing InformationMust match the card exactly. Mismatches will result in automatic cancellation.
Shipping TimelineOrders ship within two business days after inventory confirmation. Contact us for expedited service.
Payment LimitsCredit-card orders are capped at $25,000. Orders above must be paid via wire transfer.
Shipping AddressWe only ship to the billing address on file. Address changes are not allowed once the order has shipped.
Refund PolicyProcessing fees on credit/debit card payments are non-refundable.
ChargebacksUnauthorized chargebacks will result in legal action and may include prosecution.
Sanctioned CountriesWe do not process payments or ship to countries under U.S. economic sanctions.
Cryptocurrency PaymentsEther (ETH) and Bitcoin (BTC) accepted. Contact us directly for wallet info.
