JANEFINDS guarantees the authenticity of every piece it sells. Final sale limits returns, not authenticity. On a custom piece, the guarantee covers the Hermès piece beneath the custom work.

Returns
Most pieces are one of one, so returns are limited by design. A return request must reach us within 24 hours of delivery, with the security tag intact and the piece in the condition it was sold. Approved returns carry a 5% restocking fee. Pristine and custom pieces are final sale.
