The structured insert preserves the bag's interior shape during daily use, prevents leather from collapsing inward when the bag is set down, and protects against the surface scuffs and pen marks that diminish secondary market value. Multiple compartments organize contents without the visual chaos of loose items pressing against the leather lining.
