Kelly Elan in Noir Veau Doblis with Permabrass hardware. Doblis is Hermès's designation for suede, with a dense velvety nap that reads closer to velvet than typical suede. The Kelly Elan is an elongated clutch format with a Kelly turn-lock closure, wearable as a clutch, shoulder, or crossbody with the detachable suede strap. Permabrass hardware sits between Gold and Palladium in tone, a champagne-gold alloy used selectively across Hermès production. Noir Doblis absorbs light rather than reflecting it, producing a matte-black surface with depth.
