Kelly Danse II in the Verso configuration: Etoupe exterior with Vert Foncé interior, Evercolor leather, Palladium hardware. Verso denotes a two-tone treatment where exterior and interior are different colors. When the flap opens, the deep forest green of Vert Foncé contrasts against the warm grey-taupe of Etoupe.
Evercolor is a smooth, matte calfskin with a fine flat grain. It sits between Swift (softer, more scratch-prone) and Epsom (rigid, embossed) in both hand and durability. Evercolor holds its shape better than Swift in an unstructured format like the Danse, and its matte surface shows color with clean saturation without the sheen of box calf. Etoupe is a permanent Hermès neutral that shifts between warm grey and taupe depending on lighting. Vert Foncé is a deep, saturated dark green with no blue or yellow pull. Palladium hardware reads neutral against both tones.

The Kelly Danse was designed by Jean-Paul Gaultier in 2008, discontinued in 2013, and reintroduced as the Kelly Danse II in 2019. The Verso option is not available on all Kelly Danse II production and represents a smaller subset of an already limited silhouette. Evercolor is not the standard Danse leather (Swift is more common), making this a less typical specification.
