The Casaque Étoilée builds on the Casaque's color blocking, taken from jockey silks, and adds stars. Ardoise Epsom, a dark slate gray, forms the main body; Noir Tadelakt, smooth with a soft sheen, runs as vertical stripes; and Vert Peppermint chèvre is cut into five-pointed stars inlaid across both.
Each leather has a job: Epsom's pressed grain holds the Sellier's rigid lines, Tadelakt's smoothness contrasts with it, and chèvre's tight grain keeps clean edges on the small stars. Palladium hardware stays cool against the dark ground.
Collector's Insight:
Standard Casaque Kellys block two colors; the Étoilée adds a third leather cut into stars, which adds time to every unit. Two dark neutrals with one bright accent make it read restrained at a distance and detailed up close.
