Hermès launched the Birkin Fray Fray in summer 2022, a reimagining of the silhouette in Toile H canvas with hand-frayed edges and an unlined interior. The Sellier stitching that defines the Birkin shape is retained, while the deliberate fraying gives the structured form a softened, artisanal edge. Warm Sesame Swift frames the canvas at the flap, handles, sangles, and base, and Palladium hardware keeps the composition cool against the natural weave.
