Collector's Insight: This Bolide was produced as a one-off for Hermès window display, not standard production. Loïc Dubigeon designed the Soies Volantes motif, which appeared across Hermès scarves and select special commissions. Finding this piece in private circulation is a function of the display piece eventually being released from Hermès's own collection. There is no production run to reference.

Resale Insight: Unique Hermès display and commission pieces trade as standalone collectibles outside standard Bolide pricing. Provenance as a house-produced one-off for Hermès's own Parisian windows places this in a category with museum-deaccessioned and archive pieces rather than secondary market handbags.
