The Touch series pairs a Togo leather body with Matte Alligator on the flap and handles, giving the classic silhouette an exotic focal point. Alligator Mississippiensis features wider, flatter scales than crocodile, with a distinctive umbilical scar pattern. The hide takes dye exceptionally well.
The 25cm is the most compact option in the standard Birkin range, balanced silhouette. Interior is lined in matching Chèvre leather with one zip pocket and one open pocket. Signature turn-lock closure, front flap, and sangles complete the hardware configuration.

Matte Alligator production is constrained by raw material scarcity and limited annual output. Allocation within Hermès exotic bag production is among the most selective in the house.
