Hermès Birkin 25 Touch Black Togo and Matte Alligator Gold Hardware
The Touch Birkin is a special variation of the iconic Hermès Birkin bag, introduced a few years ago, featuring a subtle use of exotic leather. This exclusive design extends to other Hermès bags as well, including the Touch Kelly, Touch Picotin, and Touch Baton de Craie. These limited-edition bags are considered rare and highly sought after. The Touch Birkin is the most famous of these bags, characterized by accents of exotic leather—typically crocodile or alligator—on the flap, sangles, handles, and clochette. The rest of the bag is made from either Togo leather or Novillo leather. Shiny crocodile or alligator is generally paired with Togo leather, while matte variations complement Novillo leather. However, this is not a strict rule, as some bags feature the inverse combination.

The terms refer to the tone or color of the hardware and not the actual material used. If hardware is composed of precious solid metals this will be referenced in the description.
