Hermès Birkin 35 Vert Fonce Porosus Crocodile Gold Hardware - 2004
Though Hermes is known for its vast pantheon of incredible colors, there are a select few that have been the brand’s mainstays for over a century. One of those colors if Vert Fonce, the classic French dark green. This green was the green before Hermes made any other greens, and they still produce it today. This Birkin is the highest rendition of Vert Fonce, rendered in shiny Porosus Crocodile with gold hardware, using top quality skins with exceptionally small, square, and symmetrical scales. This bag has been singing a sweet familiar song about fall mornings and spring afternoons since it was hand built in 2004. The deep richness of the color has only gotten more verdant with age, the bag itself is kept in exceptional condition.
