Hermès Birkin 30 Rouge Garance Togo with Palladium Hardware - 2007, K Square
A favored shade of red among many Hermès enthusiasts, Rouge Garance, which gets its name from the red dye produced from the root of the Madder plant (called Garance in French). This hue is a bold, strong red that captures in one all the facets its namesake dye produces. In different lights, rouge Garance can appear slightly orange or slightly purple, but always, undeniably, red. Rendered here in Togo leather as a 30cm Birkin, the color is expertly matched with cool Palladium Hardware. A difficult color to find today, this bag has been maintained in exceptional condition.
