Hermès Birkin 25 Violet Lizard Ruthenium Hardware - 2006
Of all the exotic skins Hermès uses, Lizard is used the least. Veranus Niloticus is the species used in shiny lizard bags, and is prized for it's tiny pave jewel-like appearance, as well as its fantastic ability to show off color. Beyond this bag's rare and desirable size and material, Violet is the brightest purple you will find in any exotic Hermès bag. It is striking like an exotic orchid in full bloom, a rich hue impossible in even the most extravagant sunset. Topping all this off is the glossy gunmetal hardware used almost exclusively on lizard bags in the mid 2000's: Ruthenium. Every aspect of this bag is unique, vibrant, and extremely well preserved.

The terms refer to the tone or color of the hardware and not the actual material used. If hardware is composed of precious solid metals this will be referenced in the description.
