Fuchsia on Varanus Niloticus lizard, a vivid magenta-pink with purple undertones that sits brighter and more saturated than Rose Shocking. Lizard skin features small, tightly uniform scales with a natural iridescence that shifts under light in a way that larger-scale exotics do not. The scale pattern on a Birkin 25 reads almost textile-like at arm's length, with the color intensity registering more evenly across the surface than on grained or crocodilian skins.
Palladium hardware cools the pink without suppressing it, where gold would have pushed the tone warmer. A □J stamp places this in 2006, during a period when the Birkin 25 was produced in smaller quantities than today's output, and lizard was offered more actively across the exotic range. Excellent condition at nearly 20 years indicates careful ownership, as lizard shows handling differently from heavier exotics.
