Chanel Round CC Vanity Case Beechwood and Black Lambskin Gold Hardware
From Chanel's 2022 Cruise collection, this round vanity is built from a solid beechwood barrel banded in black quilted lambskin, with the gold CC turn-lock set into the wood.
Warm natural wood meets the house's most familiar leather, and the round vanity, one of Chanel's defining shapes of recent years, gives the wood a form it had not taken before. Inside, quilted black lambskin lines the case, with a flap pocket that recalls the classic flap bag. The gold chain carries it crossbody or on the shoulder, and without it the case works as a hand-held minaudière.
