Five-piece collector set from Chanel's Métiers d'Art 2019/2020 collection, designed by Virginie Viard. A red diamond-quilted lambskin display trunk houses four micro mini versions of Chanel's four defining bag silhouettes. The trunk opens on gold-tone hinges to reveal a mirror mounted on the interior lid and four individual compartments, each shaped to receive a specific bag. The trunk closes with a CC-logo lock that accepts a key. Gold-tone metal feet on the base.

The four bags in this pink and red variant:

1. Classic Flap ; Red quilted lambskin. CC turnlock closure in gold-tone metal. Single interwoven chain-and-leather strap.
2. 2.55 Reissue Flap ; Pink quilted aged lambskin. Mademoiselle rectangular turnlock in aged gold-tone metal. All-chain strap (no leather interwoven).
3. Boy Flap ; Pink quilted lambskin. Boy CC push-lock clasp in ruthenium (gunmetal) hardware. Chain-and-leather strap.
4. Gabrielle Hobo ; Pink tweed body with pink leather base and trim. Dual chain strap in mixed metals (silver-tone and gold-tone). Dangling CC charm. Top zip closure.

Each micro bag measures approximately 12 cm wide (4.75") and is functional ; they open, close, and have lined interiors, though capacity is minimal. The trunk doubles as a display case; the mirror allows the lid to reflect the bags when open.

The Success Story set was Virginie Viard's second Métiers d'Art collection for Chanel ; a line that specifically showcases the work of Chanel's subsidiary artisan ateliers under the Paraffection umbrella. The set contains miniaturized versions of the four bag silhouettes that represent distinct eras of the house: the 2.55 (designed by Coco Chanel, 1955), the Classic Flap (redesigned by Karl Lagerfeld, 1980s ; replacing the Mademoiselle lock with the CC turnlock and adding leather-interwoven chains), the Boy (introduced by Lagerfeld, Fall 2011, named for Arthur "Boy" Capel), and the Gabrielle (introduced by Lagerfeld, Spring 2017, named for Gabrielle Chanel herself). The pink and red variant uses different materials and hardware for each bag to match the original silhouette's signature treatment ; ruthenium for the Boy, aged gold for the 2.55, tweed for the Gabrielle.
