The Lapis Lazuli is cut into rounded heart-shaped petals with uniform deep blue saturation and minimal pyrite veining—Van Cleef & Arpels selects for consistency across all six stones. The diamond Fleurette at center provides scale contrast: six small brilliant-cut stones against the matte mineral surface of the Lapis. Yellow gold setting warms the blue.

The Lapis Lazuli version is one of five stone variations offered in the small model, alongside white mother-of-pearl, gray mother-of-pearl, carnelian, and onyx. Lapis reads as the most saturated option in the range. The transformable clip/pendant mechanism is standard to the small model, allowing two distinct wearing positions from one piece.
