All items sold in Pristine or Store Fresh condition are final sale. Customized products, including hand-painted bags and bespoke orders, are also final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

2. The security tag must remain attached and intact; removal or tampering will void eligibility for return.
3. The item must be returned in exactly the same condition in which it was sold, without any signs of use, wear, or alteration.
4. All original accessories, documentation, packaging, and proof of purchase must accompany the returned item.
