Items in Pristine or Store Fresh condition are final sale. Custom items, such as hand painted bags are final sale.

Pursuant to our Terms & Conditions, we will consider a return of the item under the following conditions:

1. The security tag has not been removed.
   
2. The item is in the same condition as when it was sold.
   
3. The request for a return must be made within 48 hours of receipt and is subject to review by our staff and approval for a return and refund.
