Seventeen inches in Monogram velour with Vachetta leather collar and bear-shaped tag. The Doudou was originally designed by Marc Jacobs for Louis Vuitton's Men's Spring/Summer 2005 collection;the only teddy bear the house has produced in its history. This is the 2020 re-edition, released in a limited VIP-only run available by preorder through boutiques. Articulated arms and legs allow seated or upright display. Made in France.
The velour carries the full Monogram pattern across every panel;head, body, and limbs;with the print scaled and aligned to the bear's proportions. Glass button eyes, stitched nose. The Vachetta collar hangs a bear-silhouette leather tag stamped with the Louis Vuitton Paris mark. This is the larger format; the Teddy Bear PM produced in wider numbers is smaller.

Interior is lined in matching leather. Hermès craftsmanship is evident in the hand-stitched saddle stitch, a technique that uses two needles working in opposite directions through pre-punched holes. Each piece is completed by a single artisan.
