The Shoulder Kelly is Jean Paul Gaultier's signature rework of the house icon, produced only during his creative directorship and never returned to the line. Gaultier stretched the Kelly horizontally into an east west silhouette, kept the full turn lock, sangles, and flap architecture, and raised a single rolled handle designed to carry on the shoulder. The result reads instantly as a Kelly and unmistakably as something else, which is exactly why the format has aged into a collector category of its own.

Blanc is Hermès's pure white, and on Clemence the shade takes a soft matte depth across the wide, relaxed grain. Palladium hardware keeps the palette entirely cool, a clean execution that shows the sculptural stretch of the silhouette with nothing to distract from it.
