The Rodeo is Hermès's horse charm, a flat leather pony built from layered panels and finished by hand, and the MM is the mid size at roughly 14.5 by 12.5 cm. This one is executed in Noir Milo, the brushed lambskin Hermès reserves for the Rodeo and its siblings, and then taken further by the JaneFinds Custom Shop with Swarovski crystal set across the body.
The appeal of the charm has always been contrast: a piece of equestrian whimsy hanging off a bag that is otherwise entirely serious. Working it in black and crystal keeps the whimsy but changes the register, so it reads closer to jewelry than to toy, and it sits against a Noir bag without introducing a competing color.

Styling Notes: The MM is the size that reads from across a room without overwhelming a 25 or 30. Clip it to a sangle rather than a handle so the crystal work does not sit under the hand.
Collector's Insight: Rodeo charms are allocated rather than freely sold, and the color and size combinations rotate without notice, which is why the secondary market for them exists at all. A Custom Shop execution takes the piece out of that rotation entirely: the crystal work is applied once, to one charm, and cannot be reordered from the boutique or from us.
