Kelly 25 in Sellier construction, Rouge Tomate Epsom leather with gold hardware. Rouge Tomate is a bright, pure red ; closer to a clean tomato red than the brownish Rouge H or the orange-leaning Vermillion. Introduced in the Fall/Winter 2016 season. Epsom leather has a pressed crosshatch grain that holds rigid structure permanently, which makes it the standard leather for Sellier construction: the panels fold into sharp, defined edges rather than the soft, turned-in seams of Retourne. The grain also resists scratching and does not absorb moisture the way smooth leathers do.

Sellier Kelly construction: exterior stitching visible along all edges, panels folded outward over the frame for a flat, architectural profile. The result is a more structured, angular silhouette than the Retourne Kelly, with no give or drape to the body. Gold hardware ; sangles, toggle, feet, and lock ; warms against the red. Interior is lined in Chèvre (goatskin), with one zip pocket and one slip pocket. Includes lock, two keys, clochette, shoulder strap, and protective felt.

The Kelly 25 Sellier is the smallest standard Kelly in Sellier construction ; the sharp-edged format that requires a leather rigid enough to hold folded seams cleanly. Epsom is the most common leather for Sellier Kellys because its pressed grain holds the angular profile without softening over time. Rouge Tomate was introduced FW2016 and occupies the "true red" position in the Hermès spectrum ; brighter and cleaner than Rouge H (which leans brown/burgundy), less orange than Vermillion, and without the blue undertones of Rouge Casaque. On Epsom, the crosshatch grain gives the color a slightly matte, even saturation across the surface. The A stamp dates production to 2017. At 25 cm, the Sellier Kelly is a compact format ; it holds a phone, card case, keys, and lipstick but not significantly more. The rigid construction means the bag does not expand to accommodate additional items the way a Retourne Kelly does.

Kelly 25 Sellier in bright reds is a well-established secondary market configuration. Epsom holds its shape indefinitely, which means well-maintained examples in rigid leathers show less visible aging than Togo or Clemence equivalents. This is Pristine condition with full set, including the removable shoulder strap ; the strap converts the Kelly 25 from a top-handle bag to a crossbody, which is a significant factor for the 25 cm size. Rouge Tomate has been produced intermittently since 2016; it is not a permanent catalog color but has appeared across multiple seasons.
