The Kelly 25 Retourné is the rounded-edge interpretation of the Kelly silhouette, with panels stitched inside-out then turned to conceal seams and produce the softer, less architectural reading associated with the format. Rose Sakura is a delicate cherry-blossom pink with subtle warmth, named for the Japanese flowering cherry and rendered most cleanly on Hermès' finer-grain leathers.

Swift is a fine-grain calfskin with a subtle satin sheen, softer and more pigment-receptive than the structural Epsom and more responsive to color saturation than the grained Togo. Rose Sakura on Swift reads as soft powder-pink with a luminous quality that the smoother leather surface produces against light, holding the color cleanly without the matte broken-up reading that grained surfaces deliver.
