Hermès Kelly 20 Mini Sellier Vintage Rouge Vif Lizard Gold Hardware
This is the original Kelly 20, the vintage format that preceded the Kelly 20 Mini II. In Sellier construction the rigid lizard is folded into sharp, outward-stitched edges with the scale pattern carried across each seam, and Rouge Vif on lizard gains depth as the scales break up the light.
The top handle runs longer than on current production, and the bag keeps its original shoulder strap. Gold-plated hardware warms the red, the interior is lined in matching red leather, and four feet protect the base.

Sellier construction in lizard at 20 cm is an exacting pairing: the rigid build leaves no room to correct the skin, and the small scale magnifies any misalignment. The vintage Kelly 20 also has a more usable top handle than the Mini II.

Vintage exotic Kellys are judged on the skin first, so buyers check the scales at the corners and flap edge for lifting or dryness before anything else.
