Hermès Kelly 20 Mini Picnic Swift Leather & Osier Wicker Palladium Hardware
The Picnic builds the Kelly's body in woven osier, with Gold Swift on the flap, handle, sangles and base. Two crafts go into each bag: a basket weaver shapes the rigid wicker body to the Kelly's trapezoid, and a leather artisan sets the Swift into it.
Gold Swift, a warm tan calfskin with almost no visible grain, sits close in tone to the natural willow, so the bag reads as one warm field, and palladium hardware adds the only cool note.
