A standard Birkin 25 in Blanc Epsom with palladium hardware, customized after Hermès production with a full-coverage Swarovski crystal application by a third-party artisan. This is not an Hermès collaboration or factory finish. Thousands of crystals are hand-set in an ombré gradient from white at the top to black at the base, covering the exterior leather surface entirely. The handles, sangles, and clochette remain unembellished in original Blanc Epsom.
Epsom leather is the ideal base for this treatment, its rigid, flat grain holding the crystal weight without compromising the Birkin's structure. The ombré application transforms the bag into a different object entirely, more sculptural than the original Epsom surface it covers. As with any crystal work, routine care will keep the finish intact over time. Allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
