This ultra-rare 35cm edition combines rich Indigo denim with smooth Black Box Calf leather, creating a striking visual interplay. The flap, sangles, and clochette are all embossed directly into the leather, eliminating physical hardware and giving the bag its shadow-like illusion.
Originally introduced in 2011, Shadow Birkins remain one of Hermès’ most conceptually daring designs. While most versions were produced entirely in leather, this denim and Box Calf construction is exceptionally rare.
