The story behind the 24/24
Introduced in Hermès' Pre-Fall 2018 collection. A softer, slouchier bag that borrows the Kelly's turn-lock in an oversized form, with a thick top handle. Made in 29 and 35 cm, with a 21 cm version added in 2020; the 29 and 21 carry a shoulder strap that clips to rings at the back.

The matte alligator absorbs light while the Togo's pebbled grain catches it, so the black reads in two textures, and palladium hardware keeps it cool.
