The Hermès Rodeo Milo is a horse-shaped bag charm with a fringed leather mane and tail, distinguished from the original Rodeo by softer body proportions and the addition of a saddle detail. This is a JaneFinds Custom Shop variant: the Hermès base charm has been hand-set with Swarovski crystals across the entire body in anthracite-grey, with a contrasting copper-orange crystal saddle and magenta leather mane and tail retained from the base. Each crystal is applied individually by the JaneFinds Custom Shop atelier.

The base Rodeo Milo retains its original Hermès leather construction and stamp. The crystal application is performed in-house post-production. The PM is the smaller of the two Rodeo Milo sizes, scaled for Mini Kelly II, Kelly Pochette, and small Birkin proportions, though the format pairs visibly with any Hermès bag.
