The story behind the Rodeo
Hermès' horse-shaped leather bag charm, a nod to the house's equestrian origins, made in Milo lambskin, the supple leather Hermès uses for gloves. Produced in three sizes: PM (9.7 × 7.8 cm), MM (12.7 × 10.5 cm) and GM. Variants include the winged Pegase and the Rodeo Touch with an alligator saddle.
Discover Hermès CharmsThe JANEFINDS Custom Shop has covered the body of this Hermès Rodeo PM in white and iridescent Swarovski crystals of mixed sizes, with champagne crystals on the saddle. The mane and tail are Blue Aztec leather fringe and the hanging strap is burgundy leather, a deep frame for the pale crystal field.
The Rodeo is the Hermès horse-shaped bag charm: a flat Milo lambskin silhouette with a fringed mane and tail, hung from a loop strap that slips over a bag handle. The crystal work is added after production to an authenticated Hermès base.
Collector's Insight:
The stones run in mixed sizes, from the narrow legs and neck to the full body. Every stone is placed by hand, so the layout is unique to this piece.
Resale Insight:
Crystal-set Rodeos are not sold in Hermès boutiques. This piece comes only from the JANEFINDS Custom Shop, built on an authenticated Hermès charm.
