Of all the unusual versions of classic Hermès bags, some of the hardest to find have markings reserved exclusively for the brand’s employees. The instantly recognizable ‘shooting star’ stamp which indicates a bag made for its crafter’s personal use is prized by collectors, but another, more subtle stamp exists for other Hermès employees. These bags are stamped with the date and craftsman’s mark right beside the brand stamping, a subtle detail most collectors will never have seen before! This Kelly is one such example, a 25cm Sellier Kelly in vibrant Rose Azalee Epsom with cool Palladium hardware. Maintained in fresh condition, this charming Kelly features a fan-favorite pink, powerful and saturated, but not loud, Azalee is known to work well with many other colors.
Retourne construction involves turning the bag inside-out during assembly, producing softer, rounded edges. The 25cm Kelly is a scaled format that adjusts the original proportions. Interior is lined in matching Chevre leather with one zip pocket and two slip pockets. Single top handle with detachable shoulder strap.
