This bag is done in Blue Nuit Clemence leather with two adjustable leather shoulder straps, a flap and turnlock closure, and Gold hardware. The Kelly Ado II, just released, is a subtle re-edition of the original Kelly Ado, produced from around 1997 into the early 2000's. The re-edition of this much loved backpack version of the Kelly bag waivers from the original in few ways, most notably, the leather shoulder straps have replaced the canvas originals which were prone to fade over time. This bag is done in Blue Nuit, a deep, inky, almost navy blue meant to evoke the impenetrable darkness of night, a difficult shade to find in any bag. It has a matching Chevre leather interior with one slip pocket.
Retourne construction involves turning the bag inside-out during assembly, producing softer, rounded edges. The 22cm Kelly is a scaled format that adjusts the original proportions. Interior is lined in matching Chevre leather with one zip pocket and two slip pockets. Single top handle with detachable shoulder strap.
