Hermès Kelly Elan Parchemin Calfbox Leather Gold Hardware - 2002, F Square
The iconic Kelly bag has been re-designed into many different clutches over the years. The Kelly Elan clutch is one of the earliest examples, and many say it stays true to the original Kelly design. This clutch has a base allowing it to stand on its own, and the sangle closure straps continue around the rear exterior creating a strap to slip your hand through and hold the bag. The design is brilliant, and in the unusual Jaune Pale Box Nepal leather, glows with gold hardware. Unlike later designs, almost all of which have a small top-handle, this one is a true Kelly clutch.
Condition: Very Good
Material: Calfbox Leather
The term "hardware" refers to the metallic parts of the bag, such as the buckle hardware, base studs, lock and keys and/or strap, which are plated with a colored finish (e.g. gold, silver, palladium). The terms refer to the tone or color of the hardware and not the actual material used. If hardware is composed of precious solid metals this will be referenced in the description.
