A vintage Kelly 32 Retourne transformed by the JaneFinds Custom Shop. Gold leaf applied over Rouge H Box calfskin—the metallic surface intentionally distressed to reveal the burgundy leather beneath. The crackling creates organic pattern; no two areas wear identically. The effect bridges jewelry and handbag, the gilded surface catching light while the Rouge H warmth shows through at edges, creases, and stress points.
