Bleu Saphir is Hermès' gemstone navy, deeper than Bleu Nuit's ink and more saturated than Bleu de Prusse, a blue that keeps its color in low light where most navies fall to black. Shiny alligator gives it the stone's actual behavior: the finish is achieved by hand-glazing the skin with an agate stone until the surface takes a lacquered depth, and light moves across the tile pattern scale by scale, so the bag reads midnight in shadow and sapphire in sun.
The Kelly 25 Sellier is the format exotic skins favor, rigid panels and external saddle stitching holding the geometry the glazed surface depends on. Gold hardware is the warm pairing on deep blue, the higher-contrast choice over palladium. This is untouched 2023 production, never carried, with full set, the interior lined in Chèvre.
