A dual-craft limited edition: the Kelly silhouette built across two trades, woven Osier basketry and saddle-stitched leather. The Picnic line requires the simultaneous output of two master ateliers, a basket weaver and a leather saddler, with annual production held to small numbers.
Osier (willow) is woven into a rigid lattice that holds the trapezoidal Kelly geometry without metal armature. The basket form is stabilized by Barenia Faubourg leather across the flap, handle, sangles, base panel, and detachable shoulder strap. Barenia Faubourg is a refined version of original Barenia, the saddle leather Hermès has used since the equestrian era, distinguished by cleaner grain and the signature white contrast saddle stitching across visible edges.
Palladium hardware sits in a cool register against the warm tonal pairing of natural osier and the gold-toned Barenia. The K stamp confirms current 2025 production. Wicker pieces are condition-sensitive across the lifecycle, and pristine examples surface infrequently in the secondary market.

The chain also functions independently as a long necklace without a bag attached.
Documented stone varieties include amethyst, apatite, carnelian, citrine, emerald, labradorite, lemon quartz, peach moonstone, peridot, Peruvian opal, pink moonstone, prehnite, rose quartz, ruby, sunstone, and tourmaline. Each stone is individually hand-knotted between adjacent stones, securing the strand against bead loss in the event of any single break. Stones are sorted into four documented colorways: Rainbow, Natural, Turquoise, and Malachite.
