When it comes to Hermes color, of which there are many, some elude collectors for years, owing to their single-season, and sometimes single-batch runs. This is one such bag, a 32cm HAC Birkin done in one of the rarest colors ever produced: Cardamom. Rendered in Chevre leather, which is known for displaying colors well, this bag has been kept out of the light, virtually unused since it left Hermes, meaning the color, which when found is more often than not faded, is here crisp and perfect, as it was originally meant. Paired with Gold hardware, this rare find is one that may never come to market again. Kept in Excellent condition with some plastic still on.Condition: Excellent
Collection: 2008, L Square
Material: Chevre Goat Leather
32cm: 12.5" L x 6.5" W x 10.5" H
Where used in this sale the term "hardware" refers to the metallic parts of the bag, such as the buckle hardware, base studs, lock and keys and/or strap, which are plated with a coloured finish (e.g. gold, silver, palladium). The terms "Gold Hardware", "Silver Hardware", "Palladium Hardware" etc. refer to the tone or colour of the hardware and not the actual material used. If the bag incorporates solid metal hardware this will be referenced in the lot description.
