The Bouclerie Moderne Casaque takes its subject from the Hermès bouclerie, the buckle-making atelier where the house's saddlery hardware originates. Across the front of the Birkin 20 Sellier, archival belt and harness buckles are rendered as hand-applied beadwork, each motif built bead by bead in its own colorway against the Noir ground. Casaque refers to jockey racing silks, and the palette carries that register: racing reds, teals, ochres, and blues set against black. Hermès released a matching scarf the same year, making the bag one half of a paired equestrian composition.
The body is Noir Chèvre Chamkila, a goatskin with a fine pressed grain and subtle sheen that holds the Sellier construction's rigid edges at this scale, with tonal stitching keeping the beadwork as the only color event. Palladium hardware stays cool against the black. The interior is lined in Noir Chèvre with a rear slip pocket.

Nearly every Birkin 20 produced since the size debuted in 2019 has been either a Faubourg edition or an exotic, which makes the Bouclerie Moderne Casaque one of the first creative leather editions in the format and a signal of a new direction for the size. The hand-beaded construction places it closer to the house's Métiers d'Art output than to standard limited editions: each buckle motif requires individual application, and no two units carry identical beadwork.

The JaneFinds Beaded Semi-Precious Stone Crossbody Chain is hand-knotted from up to 60 varieties of natural semi-precious stones strung between lobster-clasp hardware at each end. The clasp configuration attaches directly to the sangle hardware of Hermès bags and converts the bag to crossbody or shoulder wear. The chain also functions independently as a long necklace without a bag attached.
Documented stone varieties include amethyst, apatite, carnelian, citrine, emerald, labradorite, lemon quartz, peach moonstone, peridot, Peruvian opal, pink moonstone, prehnite, rose quartz, ruby, sunstone, and tourmaline. Each stone is individually hand-knotted between adjacent stones, securing the strand against bead loss in the event of any single break.
