Hermès Birkin 35 Jumping Canvas and Ebene Box Leather with Palladium Hardware
The first decade of the 2000’s saw Hermès producing Birkins in a number of printed canvases. All of these models were released in extremely limited numbers, including those made with colorful striped ‘Jumping Canvas.’ This Birkin 35 is one such example, trimmed with Chocolate box leather and paired with Palladium hardware. The bold lines of vibrant color running up the front and back of this bag kick it into mode sportif aligning this Birkin perfectly with Hermès’ ideals of a sporting life. Maintained in excellent condition, this rare and collectible bag is one that rarely comes onto the secondary market.
The term "hardware" refers to the metallic parts of the bag, such as the buckle hardware, base studs, lock and keys and/or strap, which are plated with a colored finish (e.g. gold, silver, palladium). The terms refer to the tone or color of the hardware and not the actual material used. If hardware is composed of precious solid metals this will be referenced in the description.
