The Jige Élan in Rouge de Coeur Shiny Alligator and Swift leather. Alligator Mississippiensis features wider, flatter scales than crocodile, with a distinctive umbilical scar pattern. The hide takes dye exceptionally well. The Jige's hardware-free design keeps the surface uninterrupted: a leather H-tab tucks into a strap to close the envelope.
Interior is lined in matching leather. Hermès craftsmanship is evident in the hand-stitched saddle stitch, a technique that uses two needles working in opposite directions through pre-punched holes. Each piece is completed by a single artisan.
