The story behind the Kelly Cut

Introduced in 2008 as the successor to the Kelly Longue, which was discontinued that year. The clutch expression of the Kelly: the same turn-lock closure and signature flap in a flat, elongated east-west format.

Epsom's pressed grain keeps the flat panels rigid enough to hold their line without an internal frame, where a softer leather would slump.

Étoupe, the house's taupe, sits in the middle of its neutral range, and gold hardware warms it.

Most Kelly Cuts have been made in Noir or seasonal colors, so a neutral Étoupe version is the less common choice and the more versatile one.
