Hermès Kelly 25 Retourne 5P Bubblegum Pink Matte Alligator Palladium Hardware
5P is Hermès' internal color code for this specific pink, a saturated bubblegum with no purple or coral shift. It reads as a true, clean pink at full intensity. On matte alligator (Mississippiensis), the color gains depth without the reflective distortion that glossy finishes introduce, and the buffed surface gives the scales a soft, almost powdery texture that tempers the brightness of the dye.
The Kelly 25 Retourne construction rounds the bag's profile with turned-in seams, which suits the matte finish by eliminating hard edges that would catch light differently. Palladium hardware provides cool contrast against the warm pink, where gold would have pushed the palette toward sweetness.
