This piece stacks the two rarest variables in Himalaya collecting: the Gris Cendre colorway and the diamond hardware program. The graduation shifts from warm taupe at the edges to pale slate grey at the center panel, distinct from the near-white heart of standard Himalaya, and the matte Niloticus surface absorbs light across the scale pattern, giving the gradient a soft depth a glossy finish would sharpen.
The hardware is the haute bijouterie tier: plaques, touret, and cadena in solid 18K white gold, pavé-set with 205 brilliant-cut diamonds totaling approximately 8.2 carats, the cool metal extending the grey palette where yellow gold would break it. The N square stamp places production in 2010, inside the early window for both the Gris Cendre colorway and the diamond program, before Himalaya awareness surged mid-decade.
