Special Order bags, or HSS as they’re often called (in reference to the horseshoe stamp that accompanies the Hermès brand stamp), are a category unto themselves in the Hermès world. The opportunity to special order a bag is only offered to top clients, and the implication is that yours could be an entirely unique combination. This 25cm Togo Retourne Kelly, a size and construction rarely seen as a special order, takes the vibrant and long-loved Blue Electric and cools it with a handle, sides and straps of Gris Asphalte, which blend perfectly into the Palladium hardware. In store-fresh condition, this bag is very special and unusual in more ways than one! Retourne refers to the inside stitching of the bag’s edges – observe the piping on the edges, you can see it’s as if has been sewn and then turned it inside out. This makes the bag a bit “softer” at the edges, and more flexible (there’s no piping on sellier Kellys).
Retourne construction involves turning the bag inside-out during assembly, producing softer, rounded edges. The 25cm Kelly is a scaled format that adjusts the original proportions. Interior is lined in matching Chevre leather with one zip pocket and two slip pockets. Single top handle with detachable shoulder strap.

The JaneFinds Beaded Semi-Precious Stone Crossbody Chain is hand-knotted from up to 60 varieties of natural semi-precious stones strung between lobster-clasp hardware at each end. The clasp configuration attaches directly to the sangle hardware of Hermès bags and converts the bag to crossbody or shoulder wear. The chain also functions independently as a long necklace without a bag attached.
Documented stone varieties include amethyst, apatite, carnelian, citrine, emerald, labradorite, lemon quartz, peach moonstone, peridot, Peruvian opal, pink moonstone, prehnite, rose quartz, ruby, sunstone, and tourmaline. Each stone is individually hand-knotted between adjacent stones, securing the strand against bead loss in the event of any single break.
