Haut à Courroies (HAC) Birkin 40 in Etain Togo with Palladium hardware. The HAC is the original Hermès bag silhouette, predating the Birkin by nearly a century: designed in the 1890s to carry riding saddles and boots, it stands taller and more square than the standard Birkin 40, with shorter double rolled handles and a higher belted profile. Etain is a medium grey with warm undertones that sits between Gris Mouette (cooler) and Etoupe (warmer, more taupe) on the Hermès grey spectrum. Togo provides a textured grain with moderate structure, and palladium reinforces the cool-neutral register. Tonal stitching. Interior lined in Etain Chèvre.
