The 2002 borrows its structure from the Constance, boxy, flap-fronted and carried on the shoulder, but replaces the H clasp with a circular closure that reads as a geometric detail rather than a logo.

This edition sets printed silk panels from Aline Honoré's Sieste au Paradis into the 20 cm bag: gray cliffs, Aleppo pines in chartreuse and olive, and branches in magenta and orange against a lime-yellow sky, framed in Swift. Palladium hardware keeps the bright print crisp.

Collector's Insight:
Hermès has paired selected scarf designs with the 2002 for specific seasons, and Sieste au Paradis depicts the Calanques cliffs of southern France.

Resale Insight:
Silk cannot be cleaned or restored like leather, so buyers check the printed panels for pulls, marks and fading first, then the Swift corners.
