The Kelly 15 scales the Kelly down to a size where it works as an object as much as a bag. In Rouge Vif Courchevel it is a bright, clean red over the fine embossed grain Courchevel carried before Hermès replaced it with Epsom.
Courchevel is lighter and slightly softer in hand than Epsom, with a subtle sheen Epsom's flatter finish does not have. Sellier construction keeps the miniature rigid and its lines sharp, and gold hardware warms the red.
